About me…
I am an experienced Roman Catholic spiritual director dedicated to guiding individuals in their prayer life and relationship with God. My teachings focus on fostering genuine friendships with the Divine through contemplative prayer and a life of virtue.
Whether offering engaging workshops and talks, or individual direction, I equip individuals with practical tools to assist their spiritual journey. I combine insights from the saints, along with personal experiences, making the journey of faith accessible and impactful.
